Delete your ModePassage account and data

You can delete your account and everything saved in it at any time. It's free and takes a minute.

In the app

1. Open ModePassage and go to Me → Account.
2. Tap Delete my account. We ask twice, so nothing is deleted by accident.

This deletes your account, every saved result, your sign-in, your notification settings, your invite code and any invite bonus. Shop ratings are never linked to your account: they stay only as part of each shop's anonymous average. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to remove the link to ModePassage.

To delete only one result, go to Me → My results → Delete.

Without the app

Email hello@modepassage.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm it's you first.

What we keep

Purchase records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires, usually 6 years, without your quiz answers or results. Answers you never saved stay only on your phone: delete the app to remove them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Payments are made to Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them.
